1. Digital Services: Astrology Reports & Pujas

Astrology Reports: All personalized reports are delivered digitally through email and/or the NamAstro app within the timeline specified on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the report or the volume of orders during peak periods.

Puja & Ritual Services: Puja confirmations, digital certificates, videos, or other inclusions are delivered electronically as per the mentioned timeline. Once initiated, pujas are non-cancellable, but we will keep you informed about the progress and completion.

2. Physical Products: Gemstones & Bracelets

All gemstones, bracelets, and other spiritual accessories are dispatched within 7–10 working days after order confirmation and payment verification.

Delivery timelines may vary based on factors such as:

Product availability and stock status

Customization or energization requirements (e.g., gemstone puja before dispatch)

Shipping location and courier network availability

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping within India: Free or charged nominally, depending on the product and delivery location. The exact amount (if applicable) will be displayed at the checkout page before you confirm your order.

International Shipping: Charges vary based on destination, weight, and courier service. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Delivery Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, certain delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to ensure that their shipping details (name, address, contact number, etc.) are entered correctly at the time of placing the order. NamAstro will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete information.
