At Namastro Tech, we strive to provide high-quality astrological services and products through a seamless and transparent user experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing any orders.
1. No Refund Post Processing Stage
No refund shall be entertained once the order has entered the "Processing" stage (i.e., once it has been assigned to an Astrologer). The User assumes full responsibility for placing any order in haste or without due diligence. Namastro Tech holds no liability for any refund request after this stage has commenced.
2. Refunds on Cancelled Orders
Once an order has been successfully placed and executed, no refund shall be processed.
However, if a User wishes to cancel an order before it is executed, they must contact our customer care team within 1 (one) hour of making the payment.
Issuance of a refund in such cases will be at the sole discretion of Namastro Tech.
3. Technical Delays or Glitches
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by technical glitches on the Website during the report generation process. Users acknowledge that all timelines displayed are approximate, and Namastro Tech will take all necessary steps to deliver services promptly.
4. Incorrect Information Provided by the User
No refund will be processed if incorrect or incomplete data has been provided by the User. Users are advised to verify all information carefully before submitting.
Requests to modify incorrect information may be considered if raised with customer care within 1 (one) hour of service execution, subject to feasibility.
5. Return of Damaged Products
Refunds will not be granted for any damaged products returned post-delivery. The User accepts full responsibility for the product once it has been delivered.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if the product is returned, the User will be liable to pay the cost of the product and the applicable shipping, courier, and/or custom charges.
6. Delay in Subscription Activation
Refunds on a pro-rata basis may be considered only for delays in activating subscription-based services.
If a product is damaged during transit, Namastro Tech and its associated agencies will take responsibility and appropriate steps to address the issue.
7. Product Image Disclaimer
All product images displayed on the Website are for reference purposes only. While Namastro Tech strives to deliver items as closely as possible to the images shown, minor variations may occur, and refunds will not be granted on this basis.
8. Service Disclaimer
All products and services sold on Namastro Tech are not substitutes for medical, emotional, or psychological treatment.
Namastro Tech does not claim or guarantee any physiological effects from astrological remedies such as gemstones. Purchasing or availing such services is at the User’s sole discretion, and no refund shall be issued based on dissatisfaction with astrological outcomes.
9. Missed or Failed "Call with Astrologer" Appointments
No refund shall be processed in case the User has provided an incorrect contact number, is in a low signal area, or fails to answer the call.
Calls once connected are considered as a rendered service.
10. Refund Deductions
Where applicable, refunds will be issued after deducting applicable transaction fees charged by banks/payment gateways, to & fro shipping costs, custom duties, or any other expense incurred during service delivery.
11. Duplicate Payments
In the event of a server issue (such as website timeout or payment gateway failure), if the User's bank account is debited and they mistakenly initiate a second transaction, Namastro Tech will refund the extra payment in full, without deducting transaction charges. Only the cost of one valid order will be retained.
12. Order Cancellations by Namastro Tech
Namastro Tech reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to unavailability of service, pricing errors, or technical faults.
If such an order is canceled after payment, the entire amount paid will be refunded to the User.
